These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Framer plugin and related services (“the Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

• You must create an account to access certain features.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited uses include:

• Reverse-engineering, reselling, or redistributing the Service

• Using the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content

• Attempting to circumvent payment or usage limits

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activity.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance and may renew automatically unless canceled.

• Yearly subscriptions may be displayed as a monthly fee, however are charged in one charge on a per-year basis.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid plans under the following conditions:

• The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase.

• The account has not been making extensive AI requests (as determined by usage logs).

Refund requests can be submitted to legal@basement.dev. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers, as referenced in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be transmitted to these providers, each governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding your content) remain with Offchain Studio DBA driftseo.app and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the court and jurisdiction of Rechtbank Amsterdam, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify you through the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
